Seeds of Kindness: www.positivitymatters.org/kindness

Everyone is encouraged to practice intentional and spontaneous acts of kindness (and write an anonymous reflection to share about each act, because witnessing kindness expands hope) between MLK Jr. Day, January 20th, and July 12th, the International Day of Hope! We will plant the seeded kindness cards of May 19th, Malcolm X Day and also the 100th anniversary of Malcolm X’s birth in 2025.

The United Nations has been celebrating March 20th as the International Day of Happiness since 2013. Goal 3 of the Sustainable Development Goals is Good Health and Well-Being. The World Happiness Report is released every year on March 20th.
